GCSE Results 2019.
Like all schools, we have received preliminary information providing some information relating to the school’s performance compared to national performance. This will be finalised in January but we can now confidently forecast significant improvement in the progress made by our pupils this year and for the second consecutive year. We can now confidently state that the outcomes achieved in 2019 were the best the school have ever received. Pupils made significantly more progress in comparison to previous year groups and a greater proportion of pupils achieved at least a grade 4 in both English and Maths and achieved the English Baccalaureate. Our departing year 11 should be congratulated for these achievements and we wish them all the very best for the next stage of their lives.
