We set all our pupils ambitious targets at the start of year 7, challenging them to make outstanding progress by the time they leave at the end of Year 11.
It was great to develop our knowledge and understanding around Character Education at the ACE Annual Conference on Thursday @ACE_Character @PenkethSchool @PHSenrichment2
Another brilliant lesson delivered by Mrs. Richardson! Lots of hands up contributing to the questions asked when referring to "The fun they had" text by Isaac Isamov.
Pupils are learning the techniques to select evidence from the text to then form a detailed response.
Yesterday we had our coffee afternoon in Chat and Chill.
This is a chance for parent / carers to meet with our SENDCO, TA’s and teaching staff. We have also invited outside agencies e.g ADD nurse, school nurse, SENDIASS.
It was a brilliant turnout!
